Description: This PT position will show/lease residential units, provide resident service and execute administrative duties as assigned on weekends.
Qualified candidates will have 1-2 years of leasing or sales experience. Position does not require employee to live on-site, but it is available as an option.
Pay Range: $10-12 depending on qualifications PLUS commissions.

Description: Currently seeking PT Resident Manager Team (20-23 hrs per week) to join an established staff for a 234-unit building in St. Paul.
Employees are required to live on-site. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: daily cleaning of the building and grounds, some light maintenance, shoveling, cleaning apartment turns, as well as being on-call one day a week and every fifth weekend.

Position: Assistant Property Manager - High Time
Description: This 35-40 hour per week position will assist the Property Manager, including leasing and providing customer service between a 170-unit and 38-unit properties. Qualified candidates will have 1-2 years related experience, solid computer skills, and a basic grasp of accounting practices. Ideal candidate will be pro-active, enjoy working with multiple people and be highly organized. Some evenings and an occasional weekend is required. Bi-lingual (Spanish-both verbal and written) is highly desired. Must have reliable transportation between properties.
