Automatic Payment Plan

We are pleased to offer you a new service – the Automatic Payment Plan. Now you can have your rent payment automatically deducted from your checking or savings account and you won’t have to change your present banking relationship to take advantage of this service.

Please read all information carefully before submitting.

  • If you are participating in the automatic payment plan for the first time, allow three business days for processing.
  • Fill out the form below and press "submit". By doing so you authorize regularly scheduled payments to be made from your checking or savings account.
  • All automatic payments will be initiated on the 1st business day of the month. Proof of payment will appear on your bank statement.
  • You must specify a start and end date in which you would like to participate in the Automatic Payment Plan

I authorize Bierman Place LLC and the financial institution named below to initiate entries to my checking/savings account. This authority will begin on and end on . If no end date is specified, then the authority will remain in effect the duration of my lease term. I can stop payment by notifying my financial institution 3 business days before my account is charged, or by notifying the Bierman Place office staff in writing. In which case, I will remit funds in another acceptable form.
